Course overview
The course is meant for business transformation, project management, or strategy professionals who are interested in upskilling themselves for better managing business transformations leveraging AI. According to McKinsey, 70% of transformations fail. AI, when applied correctly, has the potential to drastically improve those odds.
The course will be led by expert faculty with multiple decades of experience across transformations and AI, and has limited spots available. It is not a course on how to carry out an AI transformation. Rather, it is designed to equip participants with the skills required to manage any type of transformation or business program better using AI.
At the end of the course, participants will receive both a paper certificate and one that can be posted on their LinkedIn by TransforML, co-signed by Roger, Gui, and Ahmad.

Learning objectives
By the end of this course, participants will be able to:
- Explain how AI can augment transformation and project management, including where AI can improve strategic clarity, execution discipline, decision-making, and team productivity.
- Apply AI to clarify transformation choices and priorities, including using AI to create or pressure-test a strategy cascade for a business or transformation initiative.
- Use AI to improve transformation execution, including identifying risks, blockers, decisions, dependencies, and follow-ups through structured cadences and decision-management practices.
- Design a practical AI-enabled management system for transformations, including the minimum AI tool stack, meeting rhythms, prioritization routines, and escalation mechanisms needed to support execution.
- Redefine the role of project managers in the AI era, including how they can use AI to move from administrative tracking to more strategic support, role clarity, stakeholder alignment, and transformation orchestration.
